- "Mandiblards are no stranger to sand and tropics, but they can easily be washed away by waves and soon perish. Beach-dwelling sheargrubs eventually evolved legs to burrow into surf zone sand and help them climb up wet shores. The protective carapace keeps it safe from Pikmin attacks."
