The Giga Watery Blowhog is a land-based blowhog of epic proportions appearing in Pikmin: Distant Planet. The creature constantly births Newborn Blowhogs, onto which it sprays radiation to allow them to spew water from their trunks. This radiation is deadly to both leaders and Pikmin alike. Even after death, the Giga Watery Blowhog continues to birth Newborn Blowlets, making Blue Pikmin the optimal Pikmin to carry its body because of their immunity to water. The Giga Watery Blowhog, beyond its abilities, is nothing more than an oversized Watery Blowhog, and as such, it can be defeated as if it were one.
