The Rhythmic Flint Beetle is a species of flint beetle appearing in Pikmin: The After Years. It has a white shell with red antennae and is the most intelligent of its species. When music plays, the beetle will click, three times, to the music's percussion. On the third click, it will shoot a ball of fire, water, or electricity in front of itself, each chosen at random. They are considered pests by galactic farmers, as they consume any vegetation. This species is very timid and will scuttle at twice the speed of its relatives.
