The Splattering Blinnow is an opportunistic, merciless hunter. Don't let its small stature fool you, for it can shoot water at you and your squad from dozens of centimeters away. Once its done so, it can shoot again within a mere three seconds. Once its prey has fallen into the water, said prey must be quick, elsewise it will end up the Splattering Blinnow's meal. It can eat Pikmin two at a time, and will deal 1/32nd of a Leader's total health. It can leap higher out of the water and can drag Pikmin on land into the water with it. It has small, forward facing eyes that are orange with lime green irises, a wider forehead than the Puckering Blinnow, it's stripes and spots are a deep purple, it's sides are pale yellow, it's scales are otherwise more gray, it's tail fin is longer and deep teal, and it has a bigger mouth. It's darker coloration helps it blend in with the dark rocks and algaes of the riverbeds.
