The Autumn Dancer is a species of flower dancer appearing in Pikmin: Neo. Like its relatives, it is a flowering plant that has gained enough intelligence and evolved to the point it can move on land like an animal. This one has a red body, orange flowers, tan eyes, and a tan bud on its top. Dwelling in damper areas like swamps and coastlines, this species has more petals than any other, allowing it to dance more elaborately to enamor small animals but also making them all the crueler in their strikes. Their large flowers allow them to skewer more creatures at a time to consume, and their smaller body allows them to be digested quicker. It can snag up to twelve small animals with its flowers, twice the amount as other species, making them extremely dangerous to battle up close as they can take out huge swaths of Pikmin with ease. However, the weakness to fire their relatives have is augmented as they are much frailer than them, meaning careful planning can result in a swift, lossless kill.

Notes

Olimar's notes

In a strange case of dwarfism, this species of flower dancer is smaller than its brethren but has better hunting capabilities. I guess on this planet, by conserving mass, you can have more potent hunting methods. For all its oddities, this realm still amazes me.

Louie's notes

Dried, this plant has a distinctly sweet flavor, not unlike pumpkin spice. Don't worry about anything, and experiment.
