The Plasmic Bulborb is a grub-dog appearing in Pikmin E: Remastered that are composed of plasm. It acts identically to a Red Bulborb, however, is much more slow-paced. It leaves no remains upon death, meaning Louie has no notes for it.

The Blukorb is an enemy appearing in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf's Withered Remnant DLC. The creature resembles a Dwarf Red Bulborb, however, its body is made completely of plasm. It has small, dark yellow spots on its back, and its eye stalks droop down, with no visible eyeballs present at the end. The Blukorb will wander around a small area until spotting and heading towards Pikmin and captains. It can eat Pikmin normally like a regular Bulborb, but is a bit slow and leaves behind small bits of plasm when it walks. It has no weaknesses due to its composition; even a Pikmin landing on its back does not kill it instantly. However, it is just a regular Dwarf with a few upsides, so it is easy to kill nonetheless. When killed, the Blukorb will slowly melt away, sometimes leaving a gold nugget.
