The Bulblord is a large boss grub-dog appearing in Pikmin 5. In the year 3914, Olimar and his son discovered this hostile lifeform on PNF-404 when his son panicked. It was very strong, but alas, it was defeated in the Beast Mouth Cave. It ate Pikmin, crushed them under its weight, spat acid, and laid eggs. It later appeared in the Oldest Tree. Its fate after the conclusion of the story is unknown.

- “It is possible that there is more than one bulblord, because the one in the Oldest Tree was notably smaller than the one in the Beast Mouth Cave. It is unknown if the bulblord is male or female, but it is most likely the latter since it lays eggs.”
