Cleaner Pikmin are a pale blue Pikmin species in Pikmin: Other Frontier notable for their thin frame, and their leaves and petals having what resemble bristles. A layer of fur covers their mouths, acting as a filter that grants them immunity to mold. As such, they are the only type that can defeat mold-based enemies and disable mold vents. They also have twice the carry strength of the average Pikmin due to their physical features. Cleaner Pikmin attack enemies by rapidly scrubbing them with their stems, giving them the fastest attack rate. This brushing motion allows them to remove the mold from Moldmin and purify them without killing them. Like Honey Pikmin, Cleaner Pikmin must be acquired from their respective candypop buds, but unlike the Honey Pikmin, their candypops are found exclusively aboveground.
