The Cloven Amprat is a numbouse that appears in Pikmin Eco. It is the second known species to be discovered besides the Bearded Amprat, but like the Shrubby Crushblat, its body is covered in plant matter. It has brownish fur along its back covering green skin, with round orange eyes and notable buck teeth, and white toes on the end of each foot. They behave very similarly to Bearded Amprats, and are more territorial than aggressive, only attacking leaders or Pikmin if they come too close to it. As well, they lack the electrical properties of their relative, making them less dangerous.

- “This species of amprat has devolved from its electric-absorbing fur, and instead, its fur is coated in chlorophyll, which allows plant matter to grow on its body. When food is scarce in its territory, it will suffice itself by eating the plant matter growing on its own body. This specialized adaptation seems to have only been recently favored, but slowly climbing. This trait is shared with the Shrubby Crushblat however, so this could be an effect of an outside force.”
