The Crystalline Mamuta is a Mamuta in Pikmin: Corporate Combat that is crafted from a cyan, translucent mineral with noticeable polyhedron edges, giving it a more crystalline appearance than its brethren. Unlike the benevolent Mamutas, Crystalline Mamutas are actively violent, crushing Pikmin with their hands. Rock Pikmin, immune to this, get turned into sprouts instead. When enraged, their eyes glow purple. Crystalline Mamutas are fascinated with shiny objects, and most are found defending treasures including jewelry and coins. Most Crystalline Mamutas are found underground, with the single exception of one found in the Calm Plains in a secret sidepath, guarding a valuable ruby ring treasure. Crystalline Mamutas are immune to all forms of damage except for the blows of Rock Pikmin, thanks to their solid crystal bodies.
