"The Fieldside Forest" is on Pikmin: Koppai Invasion as the 3rd explorable region and has 5 caves. Orange pikmin are needed to access this place, with some lava pockets. This place is maybe the most visited place in days (needing 4 different days) to A) get Green Pikmin and do other acid-related things,and B) to tackle the first boss here, and more acid and C) to fight the Wraithling and D) to get Blue pikmin.
Overview
A forest-like area that has a lead to a cave FILLED with acid and a flaming pit of lava. According to Alph's Alpha PNF-404 Study, All wraiths grew here, and in Challenge mode, the Waterwraith, the Plasm Wraith, the Wraith Long Legs, the Wraithling, and the Creeping Wraith are all fought here, twice.
Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode is really strict, giving you the only needed pikmin to win. Go to where the acid would usually be, and the first Waterwraith drops. Take a left from start to find the water pit, so go across, and build the bridge across. Both plasm wraiths drop, take them out carefully and don't waste your purple pikmin, as they cannot break plasm glass. Make way over to where the Crashpit Hole would be, and each circle contains a boss. Left= Waterwraith, other 2= Wraith Long Legs. The wraithling is fought in its usual spot, and take it out first as the next one drops at 2:00 left. Along with him, the Creeping wrath drops randomly somewhere at 2:00 so take them both out. This is considered to be the hardest challenge mode in the game, and is respectively named Hardcore Wraith Home.
