The Gooey-Lure Toxite is the largest known species of toxite in Pikspore and also one of the rarest. What makes the Gooey-Lure Toxite different from other toxites is the prehensile lure hanging off of its head. It dips this lure inside its mouth periodically, coating the spherical tip with a sticky fluid. It keeps its bulky, moss-covered body submerged in pits of mud, lying in wait for prey. If something does approach, it will wave the lure around either to entice the poor creature to approach or to simply snag it if it gets too close. When it captures prey on its sticky glob, it sticks its lure back into its mouth and devours the creature whole, pulling out a cleaner lure in the process. It can be defeated only by throwing Pikmin on its face, as its back is heavily armored.
