The Higher Multiverse is the collection of planes that exist above the Mid Planes and Low Universe. It is home to millions of planes, some inhabited by civilizations, some inhabited by nature, and others existing as chaos incarnate. The prime realm is the Holy Matrix, which is the seat of power of the Omni Empire, the soverign nation that rules over the entire Higher Multiverse.
