Attacks Electrocutes Pikmin upon death

The Incandescent Beeb is a type of soplouse that produces a brilliant yellow light, making it extremely useful in dark locations that otherwise are illuminated by the beacons of leaders, and some flora such as members of the glowcap family. It meanders about its territory, periodically stopping to rest and look around, and is ignorant of the presence of Pikmin and leaders but will peer at them should they be in its sight. They are moderately mindful of enemies, keeping away from them and moving out of their way if necessary, but fear Ranging Bloysters and Deranging Bloysters, which they run from in fear of being eaten, though are typically eaten anyway at the expense of the creatures' health.

Resembling a small lightbulb, the body of an Incandescent Beeb has a metallic base featuring spiraling grooves winding around it, and on top of that is a translucent glass portion that is much more bulbous towards the top than at the base. Near the top and supported by stalks are its two comparatively beady eyes, also translucent and glowing the same color as the glass portion of its body. Within its body and connected to the inside of the base are the wires and filaments responsible for the creature's unique glow, and connected to the base's outside are four evenly-distributed ropey legs that each have an oblong foot at the end.

Incandescent Beebs are inoffensive creatures that are damaged quite easily, usually by Rock Pikmin throws, explosions, and thrown objects. Keeping them alive is often beneficial in the extreme darkness in which they dwell, as although their remains yield rewards, the invaluable light they provide will no longer be present. Upon death, its glass body harmlessly shatters, leaving only its base and connected wires, filaments, and legs to salvage for Pokos as Onions can not process them into seeds.

In ultra-spicy difficulty, Incandescent Beebs produce an electrical discharge upon death, temporarily stunning any Pikmin in its range except Yellow Pikmin.
