The Nurse Dweevil is a species of dweevil appearing in Pikmin: Spark as a den-exclusive miniboss. It is a light purple dweevil that is noticeably larger than the lesser, elemental dweevils. On a large pile of dweevil sacs, it sleeps until woken up from attacks. Afterward, it retaliates by not only skewering up to four Pikmin on each of its two large frontal limbs before consuming them, but birthing Dweevil Sacs so Dweevil Nymphs may fight by its side. By employing crowd control techniques during the fight, the Nurse Dweevil can be easily taken down, it dropping the Pulse Tracker, a pacemaker worth HP Sparklium icon.png × 265, and its death instantly causing any existing dweevil sacs to shrivel up and disintegrate.

In Ultra-Spicy Mode, the Nurse Dweevil has a screaming attack that causes panic in Pikmin and boosts the production rates of surrounding dweevil sacs.

This creature shelters its eggs with strong, soft silk mixed with a disinfecting agent, which would make a great hospital bed.
