The Omega Poofspore is the result of several Aggregating Poofspore colonies merging into one. An Omega Queen Poofspore sits in the center of the mass, serving as a vulnerable core. Five Queen Poofspores are distributed around the Omega Queen in a star shape, and each controls a portion of the colony. The Omega Queen Poofspore is capable of producing Pikmin-altering spores when under attack. Not only can the Omega Queen Poofspore leave the colony if needed, but it can also command the lesser Queen Poofspores to disband into separate colonies. If only the Omega Queen Poofspore remains, it attempts to flee from Pikmin and leaders. If only the lesser Queen Poofspores remain, they will continue fighting but will be forced to split into normal Aggregating Poofspore colonies. At half-health, the Omega Queen can command the entire colony to curl into a ball and roll around the arena. At low health, the lesser Queen Poofspores will split up and roll around the area individually, leaving the Omega Queen Poofspore vulnerable. They will eventually slow to a stop in the center of the arena before assuming their star-shaped form. The more the Omega Colony is attacked, the more loose Aggregating Poofspores there will be on the arena.
