This sublevel may seem like a rest sublevel at first, but there are many Shearwigs hiding underground that are waiting to eat your Pikmin. Something else that is also hiding itself underground here is an Iridescent Glint Beetle, which is holding the treasure in its innards. On this floor, you are also able to sprout new White Pikmin using the Candypop Bud, and can get some nectar from the Honeywisps and the Flint Beetle. Once you are ready, press on to the last sublevel.

  • Five-Man Napsack

On the final floor of this cavern sleeps a very familiar boss from the Pikmin series: the Burrowing Snagret. This fight is the first challenging boss fight in the game, but should not be too hard if you wait out its onslaughts until it gets stuck trying to dig out of the ground. Its arena is also littered with eggs; some might contain Nectar, while others may contain Mitites, which will scare your Pikmin. Once the Snagret is defeated, it drops the Five-Man Napsack, which simply lets the captain fall asleep if you hold X. With your newly acquired White Pikmin, you may proceed to the exit geyser and tackle more challenges in Waterfall Lake.
