The Palace of Waves is the second area visited in Pikmin 8: The World Beyond. It is initially a spring-themed area with water and similar to the Distant Spring, but when midday strikes, the area will become snowy, water will freeze and can be skated upon, and icy enemies will appear, replacing non-icy counterparts until the following day. Enemies swimming in or on the surface of water will be frozen.
