New explorers named Spenter, Milloett, and Lukey landed on a side of PNF 404 no one has ventuerd in, with their ship the S.S. Jack. They discover new breeds of pikmin including green, brown, teal, misty, ect. and mutant foods they call Vuits like a Carrberry (carrot + Strawberry). But they're not alone. An explorer has landed and the new pikmin are terrified of him. Spenter thinks this newcomer is evil so he and his crew get to the bottom of things. First, you have to collect 20 Vuits,then you encounter the Srabbic Devoid in the Trench Caverns where you find Misty Pikmin and Para Pikmin. To defeat it, you have to put it to sleep, then attack it's tail. When you collect 40 Vuits in the Whispering Winds, you encounter the Green Pikmin and Brown Pikmin. You will defeat the Scrob Giant by digging passeges then hit it by suprise. Next when you collect 80 Vuits,you collect Spicy Pikmin and Exploding Pikmin in the Toxic Bogs. After unlocking the Spicy Pikmin, the Hungry Gill Trout is the 3rd boss. To defeat it, you have to throw Spicy Pikmin on it to make the Gill Trout eat itself. Next, when you go to the Achene Forest, Lukey falls out of the ship in his sleep. When he wakes up, he's in the middle of a pile of ice which makes him unconscious. When the rest of the team try to find him, they encounter Transparent Pikmin and Leader Pikmin. When they find him, he's in the belly of the Queen Aristocrab. When he comes to, he tells them about the Teal Pikmin. They carried him from the ice and healed him. When he woke up, he heard a pikmin scream and they vanished.He only found 20 peices of Vuit. So they head to Frostbit Wasteland where you find Teal Pikmin after defeating the Frozo Mamuta. Finally, you go back to the Whispering Winds to discover Louie has the control of Evil Pikmin. When the Evil Pikmin form the Pikmin Monsters, Olimar and Alph come in with the original pikmin. After you defeat the Pikmin Monsters, Olimar takes Louie to Hocatate Prison for 6 years, Alph and Brittany stay at PNF 404 to study pikmin some more, and Spenter, Miloett, and Lukey fly back home with a sample of each kind of pikmin (new and old).
