The Swarmstool, in Pikmin: Dual Worlds, is a close relative of the Puffstool that often summons small Spotstools by shrieking when it notices any Pikmin or leaders. It's smaller than a Puffstool, about the size of a Red Bulborb, and can turn Pikmin into Mushroom Pikmin by using its spores. The Spotstools, while starting small, can fuse together into larger forms if two of the same size meet, which can quickly become problematic. If any Pikmin are nearby while it shrieks, they will begin to panic. It happens to be more dexterous than the Puffstool and can't be made to trip.
