The Crater is the seventh and final area in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze, unlocked by clearing the Crypt of Enigma. A stark, hazy, and desolate region, the titular "crater" is actually a series of potholes in an abandoned road nearby the Defiled Grounds. The area itself is actually quite small; most of it consists of puzzle-solving to clear the way to the final boss, which lurks in a large arena at the end. Vegetation includes but is not limited to sparse, creeping plants, and clovers.
