A Question Regarding Treasure Images

Hey, so I have seen some other images of treasures on this wiki, and they are usually in the form of real life images of the treasure. Well I don't think I could find images online for some of the treasures in my game (namely the Slimmed Fillet, I have the diving toy that it is meant to be in real life but can't find a suitable image on the internet), so I must ask: is it okay to take pictures of the object in question and just use those? Hey, while we're on the topic of hazards, would Hydroe bloom count as an enemy or a hazard? For context, you know those buds on the end of a Hydroe bramble? And you know how the necks of the Hydroe Host essentially look like Hydroe Brambles except that the bud on the end is open and there's a mouth growing out of it? That opened bud with a mouth is a Hydroe bloom. Of course, Hydroe blooms appear independently of the original Hydroe Host, but they don't walk around or fly, being nothing more than what would be the head and neck of a Hydroe Host, and they don't grow into one either. They eat Pikmin and other small creatures, but they don't shoot balls of poison. They won't do ranged attacks, as absorbing a poisoned enemy's nutrients from the soil is far less energy efficient than just eating them outright, so their only real way to best their prey is to get the drop on them by attacking out of bushes and in some cases ceilings. I might also make a "Hydroe bud" that looks like a partway opened Hydroe bloom bud and attacks by doing the opposite, shooting poison at enemies, as being inefficient about prey is better than not having prey at all, and they don't have very developed mouths. Anyhow, see ya. I'm Minty Moron 64, and I like the Foundation Dweevil!

I made the pages for the "Water sac" (conjectural name, Overflowing Pitchersack) and the Springpetal. I don't actually know what family the Springpetal should be in. It looks a bit like an oxeye daisy, but the Springpetal has a slight purple tint, and I'm not sure if it's just due to it being underground in a big, mostly blueish-purple cave, or if they're just purplish. I'm Minty Moron 64, and I like the Foundation Dweevil!

Treasure Hoard and gallery

I have most of the images needed to create a large gallery for the P251 Treasure Hoard, but I am stumped on where to link the page and how it should appear. I cannot pinpoint a good example on Fanon or Pikipedia for this type of page, so, any advice? I am also aware that the Treasure Hoard itself needs to be split up, but that could have multiple approaches. Should the original page instead link to each series? Should it resemble something like the PF Metal Index where it shows series while retaining a complete treasure list? Or do I only need to make the tables collapsible? Right, thank you. For the treasure hoard I'll try to retain a complete treasure list while saving the notes, sublevels, series announcements, and series descriptions for the individual series pages. This way, I would be able to achieve a clean Pikipedia-style treasure list without losing any information. I chose to go with in-game locations so that I could better manipulate the distance and angle of shots. I already have the photos on me, so I might as well continue to upload them like this. Regarding analysis images, I already have a bunch of those too. I only made them as an "in case" sort of thing since Pikipedia has one for every treasure. While I personally yhink analysis images provide an isolated, clear(er) perspective of each treasure, I'll take your word on whether we really need them. Some Concepts I made

The "Draw for the Win" Is Supposed to Represent a "Top Fuel Dragster" and a pencil. The "Ice Cold Victory" is Supposed to Represent a "Pro Street Drag Racer" and a popsicle. The colors represent the many flavors of popsicles like Cherry, orange, lemon, lime, apple, blue raspberry, blueberry, grape, watermelon, and pineapple. I see now, that's actually something I could get behind. But be careful, I use to treat that wiki as my personal playground when I was a very young child with no account. Hey, its me Glubbfubb, I am making a new project on the wiki as I want to reboot my ideas, so I am making a new project called Pikmin Rebirth. I made new templates for the project but I have 2 (maybe 3) issues currently, firstly I want to change the text color of my infobox template Template:Infobox Rebirth from black to silver to make it easier to read, how do I do that. Secondly I mistakenly named the banner for the project as Template:Return could you change the name of that to Rebirth if you could. Also I may have made the colors of the banners too similar to Wide World's by accident and I want to know from you if there are ways I could change that, maybe make all the backgrounds indigo, I don't know really. One enemy in the game kinda has sketchy origins due to being fairly young when I made the original page for it. How should I go around with this once it gets ported? Alright, guess I should tell you some more then. So I was in the third grade I believe when making the original on the now barren FANDOM predecessor (keep such in mind) and I found an incredibly old and now possibly lost video (I looked for it, but I can't find it anymore) about Pikmin 3 ideas. One of them was a Chrysanthemum that disguises itself as a Candypop Bud, I though it was so cool I wanted it in the game. It is there, but since I feel bad about using it now that I am older, I want to alter it so that it can be more of my own idea. I am glad you gave me the greenlight, so here's my reimagined concept; it will be called the Sour Candyfluke, and it has a Candypop Bud mouth, colored differently depending on the specimen, at the top of a thick green stem with eyes, kinda like a Burrowing Snagret. Aside from eating Pikmin, it will also spray a pollen that makes all Pikmin panic but the Pikmin color it corresponds with. Real Power

Hey Cheepy, I think I've figured out why Winged Pikmin feel so much more powerful than other Pikmin types in Pikmin 3 and 3DX's combat. Unlike every other Pikmin type, they are capable of flight. This therefore means that when charged, they can lock on to any enemy, no matter whether it's airborne, on the ground, or simply high up. This in turn means that you don't have to throw them one at a time at any enemy no matter what. With throwing Pikmin, the total amount of damage being dealt steadily increases over time. However, with charging Winged Pikmin, every last one in your squad is on the enemy you're attacking right off the bat, resulting in a very swift absolute annihilation. You're right, I shouldn't make Red Pikmin the first type. I like the idea of choosing a Pikmin type to start with, though! But, what would replace Red Pikmin? I'm using Yellow Pikmin for a later area, as well as Rock and White Pikmin. Anything else is fair game, though. Purple Pikmin, maybe? Let me know what you think! Hey, Cheepy-Cheepy! Again, sorry I haven't been on the fanon in a while. Pokemon Warspike takes place in the Hoenn reigon, and you play as either a Team Magma Grunt, a Team Aqua Grunt, or a non-canon Team Sky Grunnt! Each team gets their own ending and types of Pokemon they can use. Team Magma can only use Fire, Rock, and Ground types. Team Aqua can only use Water, Ice, and Dark types. And Team Sky can only use Flying, Grass, and Fairy types. (Or Ghost instead of Fairy, I'm not sure.) I want it to be an actual fangame, but I don't have a reliable engine to use to make it. Enemy ideas

Heyo, Cheepy! I was wondering about some neat little enemy ideas I had and wanted to know what you think. Firstly, "Creepy Beeb". Originally it was just a mistake regarding the PAL and NTSC versions of Nintendoland and what they call the Beeb, but what about having it be a species of Beeb with unusual facial markings that can produce bright light to make its markings more visible, causing panic? Also, I was wondering if Bubbling Slingnode should be a basic enemy or a miniboss? I'm Minty Moron 64, and I like the Foundation Dweevil!

Fruit and Treasure Question

If a user wants a fruit to appear as a treasure in their game, how do they go around with that? I remember there being something in the guidelines that described such a scenario, where a specific parameter had to be marked, but I can't find it anymore. I ask this because I want some fruits from Pikmin 3 to appear as treasures in Shipwrecked Stargazers, and at least one new fruit to be added that can later be used in other games. Another Fruity Question

There is this one plant I want to add to my game called the Subterranean Spurgrape, which is a grape. However, the characters don't know what grapes from PNF-404 look like. I don't know if I should put it in the grape family, or make one up that is still based on it. So you know that Graphic Design Is My Passion Userbox I made? Well, I borrowed some code from the favpik userbox and was able to merge the GDIMP and Likes Creating Graphics userboxxes together. I also went onto the profiles of everyone who uses the LCG userbox and updated it so it's not broken on their page. Since they're merged together now you can delete the GDIMP version. ~ star_shaun

Icebound Long Legs

I'll go ahead and make the crystal subsection for my game to explain fully to readers, but "ice" is literally just re-colored crystal in Pikmin V, the same as a snow wall being a re-colored dirt wall. The wiki treats them separately because they have separate Pikmin effective against them - Cyan/Ice Pikmin for ice and Rock Pikmin for crystals. The Ice enemies category is a subcategory of Category:Enemies by hazard, so putting an enemy there is an explicit claim of using an ice-immune Pikmin type against it, which isn't true for the Icebound Long Legs because that doesn't exist in my game. Since my Icebound Long Legs is currently the only Icebound Long Legs, calling it an ice enemy would be more misleading than insisting that it's crystal, particularly because of enemies like the Snowfake Fluttertail that actually are covered in something you would need Cyan/Ice against and are classified as ice enemies.

I was honestly expecting a merge proposal to be made with the Diamond Long Legs instead; it shares more practical similarities with that species. That's why I made the See also section linking there, furthering the crystal connection over ice. I would honestly prefer that if the page can't be kept as-is. Amendment to the above: Freezing does exist in Pikmin V as a status inflicted by the Pale Slushop, though nothing is immune to it. The Icebound Long Legs does not freeze and breaking the ice is required to defeat it, so even within just the bounds of my game, calling it ice would be incorrect. The Next Chapter

You might've noticed that I put down a sequel to Pikmin: Shipwrecked Stargazers in its infobox. This sequel in question, Pikmin: Interstellar Cryptid, is going to be worked on in a bit when I get enough fruits under my belt. I'm doing this because of two reasons: I feel like I'm too distant from the rest of the community as I wish to keep Shipwrecked Stargazers restricted to the original trilogy and Hey! Pikmin, so the sequel could allow for further interactions between me and everyone else. The other reason is that I want to make a trilogy so I could possibly make an umbrella term for the three games. And then, I'll be able to have a big category with all that stuff in it, so that I can have a comprehensive view of my gradual work. I'll still primarily work on Shipwrecked Stargazers, but work on Interstellar Cryptids will happen in the background, too.
