Wooden walls are obstacles in Pikmin Forever. They are tall piles of flammable sticks. Any type of Pikmin can destroy this type of wall, but it takes a considerably longer amount of time than for the usual dirt wall. However, Red Pikmin with their stems ignited on fire can very quickly destroy this wooden wall by setting it ablaze. One ignited Pikmin can begin the process, but the more ignited Red Pikmin work on it, the faster it disintegrates. Fire-wielding enemies such as the Fiery Blowhog can be coaxed into setting the wall on fire, which works as effectively as twenty-five ignited Red Pikmin. Once the wall is burning, other Pikmin can not join in to accelerate the destruction. In rain, the wall can be set on fire only if it is kept under at least two Red Sheltate Seagrop leaves.
