The Improved Engine is a mandatory ship part. It is required because Olimar needs this part to start up the S.S Dolphin.
Location
The location of this ship part is in The Impact Forest. It is past the White Wooden Gate and next to the bridge that connects to a tree stump.
Olimar's Notes
"I have found the most important part of my ship! The Improved Engine! This thing replaced the old Main Engine I used to have, but this one is even better! Maybe with the help of the Pikmin, I can take this back to my ship!"
