The Pikmin classes are the collective name for your characters profession. All Pikmin have a class. The system starts with normal Pikmin and ends with the leader.
Classes
Leader: controls all onion functions
Lieutenant: second-in-command and runs most secondary functions
Battalion leader: Leads Pikmin military
Spy: gathers information on enemies
Scout: gathers Pikmin at the end of the day
Medic: treats sick and injured Pikmin
Lead negotiator: communicates to the other Pikmin colnies
