Pikmin: Planes of Life is a community roleplay project where users across Pikmin Fanon can express their inner Pikmin creature and read stories that tie into character personalities. Know that the stories are always available to be edited to better fit a character.
The current year is 1,592. Several buildings exist, along with basic materials and some illnesses. Eras are presented in reverse chronological order.
Eras
Era of Exposure

This era started at 1,580 and is currently ongoing. Chara was awoken from her slumber in 1,584.
Era "Alpha"
- Main article: Pikmin: Planes of Life/Era Alpha
This era was named "Alpha" by the ancients for the creatures living in it. The era took place between years 1,478 and 1,579. This was the era where hunger and resentment grew in the creatures, making them feel more than just basic emotions. The Ancients adopted the role of leaders across their planes, still bowing down to both each other and the titans above. The Ancients created the first civilizations in the Planes of Life. During this, the power of the celestials combined to create a universe, with the Planes of Life being set in its own world.
Era of Connection
- Main article: Pikmin: Planes of Life/Era of Connection
The Era of Connection took place between the years 562 and 1,477. It was named for the amber that connected to each island. This was also the most productive era in the history of the Planes of Life. More planes, or islands, were made in this era, all being strung together. The Celestials had used their power on Islands and needed rest for longer, and to remain unseen, they cast themselves into the very amber binding the planes together. They made titans on each new island, but as their energy lessened, the power and understanding of the titans worsened, leading to the death of the farthest out.
Era of Forever
- Main article: Pikmin: Planes of Life/Era of Forever
The Era of Forever took place between the years 318 and 561 and was named after the long time of Celestial dormancy. Not many creatures born in this era remember the Celestials, as they were sitting, asleep.
Era of Titans
- Main article: Pikmin: Planes of Life/Era of Titans
The Era of Titans took place between the years 20 and 317, where the Celestials created creatures, the first being Donald, Budd, Prokoa, Sally, and the other smaller lifeforms. The Celestials also created the Islands of Fire, Ice, Magic, and Power. Each was ruled by a different titan, one of which was consumed by the power given to them and became hungry for more, thus creating the Evil Reincarnated.
Era of Creation

The Era of Creation took place between the years 0 and 19, with the creation of the universe by Arkavus and the Celestial Pikmin. Prokoa was good friends with Arkavus and the other Celestials due to them being in the age of titans.
