The Proto-Legs is a mesoid that mimics and shares characteristics with the Beady Long Legs, but is easily differentiated from the arachnorb by its relatively small size and tripodal gait. About the same size as a Red Bulborb, its feet are too small to crush Pikmin, so it ducks down over them to eat them with its mouth, one by one. It falls from the sky like its visual namesake, sending Pikmin into a panic, and is quite fast, often appearing in large numbers.
