The Red Rage Plant is a strange type of plant species. It looks like a patch of red grass on the ground, and if rustled it will release toxic red spores. If your Pikmin touch the plant or its spores, they will turn a reddish version of their original color and act like they were powered up by Ultra-Spicy Spray, but they will also break free from your control and attack your captain! They will basically wander around, attacking anything in sight including enemies, eggs and treasures, though they calm down after a while or if whistled. Your captain is unaffected and can actually destroy the plant temporarily with his punch.
