Use

To simply tag a section as a spoiler, put {{spoiler}} at the start of the section, above everything else.

To tag a section as a spoiler and hide it, put {{spoiler|hidden|put info to tag and hide}} where you want the hidden info to be.

To tag a certain paragraph in a section as a spoiler, put {{spoiler|end|info to tag as a spoiler}} where you want the tagged info to be.
