Sizzling floor

Obstacle

Sizzling floors are obstacles appearing are circular patches of red-hot ground that will burn Pikmin and leaders on contact, and slow even those resistant to fire. They typically have one or more raised portions that are visibly on fire and can be attacked by fire-resistant Pikmin types, though other patches have heat supplied to them by fiery enemies. Once the source of the heat is destroyed or disposed of, the sizzling floor will rapidly cool, no longer being a danger.
