Pikmin: Festival of Music/Faraway Galaxy/Hypnotic City

Hypnotic City is a large city on a massive island. Just off the shore is a peninsula, though the bridge is mostly underwater. That peninsula is the Hypnotic Island. This island is on planet ALPH6, and contains massive amounts of characters found in Hypnotic Island. The Hypnotic City wasn't supposed to be in the Festival, but a small band decided to open up in the Hyper Square, and thus forced Hypnotic City to join the festival.

Character

Commons

• Tula: looks similar to others of their kind and floats in most of their animations. They are one of the side singers and are bred from Honeywisp and Whistle. Tula is a dual Light and Hypno element character.
• Tuka: the same as Tula, except that he is male and has a deeper voice. This character copies Tula with a quieter voice. Tuka is best obtained by the breeding combination of Tula and Cannon Larva. Tuka is a triple Hypno, Light, and Rock character.
• Tuba: looks very similar to Tula except for their dress style, and the fact that they use a tuba. They are a tri Hypno, Light, and Ice.
• Tugo: inbetween Tula and Tuka in design, and they quickly hit several congo drums in quick succession. They have a cape and four wings instead of two. They are a quad Hypno, Light, Rock, and Plant.
• Tutu: this character looks similar to Tula, except this one has a tutu and tap dances. They are a tri Hypno, Light, and Magic.
• Sling: the same as Tuka, except they have more clothing coverage and hold a slingshot. Their voice is also similar to a bass guitar. They fire rocks into the air with their eyes closed and hum for all of their tracks. Sling is a triple Hypno, Dark, and Rock character. The best breeding combinations for Sling are Tuka and Phosbat.
• Stringer: the same as Tula, except for the fact they face away from the camera and pull strings on a strange plant like a harp. Stringer is a triple Hypno, Light, and Plant character, and is best bred by combining Tula and Skitterleaf.
• Whistle: similar to Tula, but differs in their fur pattern and that they play a recorder. They are a single Hypno character that is automatically given when no other characters are available, and can only be sold for the amount of Amber that they have in their bank. Whistle is also the most common character to be gained from a failed breeding attempt with either Tula, Tuka, Tuba, Tuta, Tutu, Sling, or Stringer.
• Techno: a strange holographic face that sings similar to Pentumbra from My Singing Monsters. It smiles and moves around like a Friday Night Funkin' character. Techno is a dual Hypno and Air character.
• Mechanoid: this character's base skin is the Scornet, which does not appear in any game in the Planes of Life series. The Mechanoid is a single-type character, type mechanical.
• Creeping Chrysanthemum: this character's base skin on this island is a sort of dreamy blue-purple version of the Pikmin 2 creepy chrysanthemum. They dance and roar into the night. Plant type.
• Joustmite: this Joustmite swings rings around its long tongue and makes a sort of chiming sound with the bells hanging from the rings. This is an Earth, Air, and Plant type.
• Cannon Beetle: this Cannon beetle stomps rapidly and makes sneezing sounds that make it similar to Reebro from My Singing Monsters. This is a dual Earth and Rock type.
• Cannon Larva: this character's base skin is the Hypnotic Cannon Larva, a mutation between two types of Decorated Cannon Beetles. The Cannon Larva is a single Rock character.
• Smoky Progg: based on its Pikmin 1 incarnation. It screams into the air in a sorrowful cry as it waves. This is a single Ethereal character.
• Scornet Maestro: plays notes like a violin with the strings in its mouth. This is a dual Air and Ethereal character.
• Burrowing Snagret: pecks at rocks that each make chiming sounds. Dual Earth and Air.
• Louie: hits pots and pans with chipped wooden spoons.
• Olimar: disbands, whistles, and punches the air.
• Chacho: whistles and disbands while the Dolphin calls.
• Chichi: hums and whistles.

Rares

• Rare Tula: the dress is significantly different, showing more colorful streaks across it and they also have two golden armbands and several white spots in their fur.
• Rare Tuka: the robe is significantly different, showing more colorful streaks and shapes across it, and they have two amber arm bands, several white spots in their fur, and are more muscular.
• Rare Tuba: the tuba is more golden than brass, and their clothing is sharper.
• Rare Tugo: looks more like superman.
• Rare Tutu: this ballerina looks more like a wolf than its original character and is wearing more of a ballerina attire rather than just a tutu and a long-sleeved shirt.
• Rare Sling: the dress has significantly more shapes in more sizes and variations. They have two gold armbands and a longer dress. They have bigger paws and white spots in their fur. Their slingshot is made of redwood rather than pale oak.
• Rare Stringer: the weed blades look more like fallen logs covered in vines and stringer's dress is longer.
• Rare Whistle: its recorder is more colorful and their dress looks more like witch robes.
• Rare Techno: its face looks similar to Ambush from the Roblox game Doors. Their animations are way more jittery than common Techno.
• Rare Creeping Chrysanthemum: looks more like the Pikmin 4 Creeping Chrysanthemum.
• Rare Joustmite: looks more like a Cloaking Burrow-nit.
• Rare Cannon Beetle: looks more like an ornate ceramic bowl than the regular wings. They also have small pistachio shell shoes.
• Rare Cannon Larva: looks more like ornate china dishes rather than reddish-brown colors. On top of this, they have a deer skull helmet.
• Rare Smoky Progg: strangely on fire.
• Rare Scornet Maestro: the Scornet Noble from Pikmin: Voyage in Space.
• Rare Burrowing Snagret: the Pileated Snagret from Pikmin 2.
• Rare Louie: the pots and pans are full of food.
• Rare Olimar: he has a squad of Pikmin and uses the lineup whistle in his idle movements.
• 'Rare Chacho: he is standing next to a golden version of the Dolphin, seen in Pikmin 2s postgame.
• Rare Chichi: she is sitting on top of a tavern jukebox.

Epics

• Epic Tula: looks more like a flaming fox and has six golden armbands.
• Epic Tuka: looks more like a flaming fox and has six amber armbands.
• Epic Tuba: looks more like a flaming fox and has a blue Amber tuba.
• Epic Tugo: looks like star fox and hits the Congos with a judge's mallet.
• Epic Tutu: looks like Krystal from Star Fox.
• Epic Sling: looks like the Robin Hood fox and their slingshot is similar to that of the scattershot in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
• Epic Stringer: looks like princess Zelda from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and plays the goddess' harp while facing the camera.
• Epic Whistle: looks more like a flaming fox and has a princess dress.
• Epic Techno: looks like three spinning emojis, those being the faces from the "You Are an Idiot" virus. The crystal above Techno resembles a red plumbob from The Sims.
• Epic Creeping Chrysanthemum: a combination of Pikmin 2s and Pikmin 4s creeping chrysanthemums.
• Epic Joustmite: Flighty Joustmite.
• Epic Cannon Beetle: a firesnout beetle (as envisioned by CJ)
• Epic Cannon Larva: looks like Scoria from Pikmin: Antarctic Survival. They have a crown, too.
• Epic Smoky Progg: seen with its selection of Mamuta plushies, and seems to be made of pure dream material.
• Epic Scornet Maestro: has a top hat similar to the Egocentric Snitchbug and has a massive swarm of Amber Scornets behind it.
• Epic Burrowing Snagret: an envisioning of the Burrowing Snarrow.
• Epic Louie: the pots and pans are full of food, there are several spice bottles next to him, his grandma, and a massive bulborb on a cooking spit behind him.
• Epic Olimar: the squad now contains all Pikmin types up to Pikmin 4. His family is also with him.
• Epic Chacho: Chacho is standing on the golden vaulting table with the gimme gimme series from Pikmin 4 with a golden S.S. Dolphin and a pile of Blue Amber chunks.
• Epic Chichi: cradling her baby sister with Pretzel on her shoulder.
