Template:Infobox Enemy The Pebbleback Blowhog is a earthy species of Blowhog found in Pikmin Z. It has the symbolic Blowhog head, but its brown torso is rounded and humped, hair drooping down the sides with a few rock-like plates on its back.
Biology
This species of Blowhog is adapted to the cold. When seeing you, it will aim its truck at you, and spray your party with a barrage of rocks. These aren't harmful towards Rock Pikmin however.
Piklopedia Entry
The Blowhog shows a rather uncanny look to the prehistoric Wooly Blowhog species due to the fur. When threatened, it is able to release a group of small stones, seemingly made out of similar materials to Cannon Beetle rocks. Despite appearances, this is actually a rather new species.
Strategy
When fighting a Pebbleback Blowhog, Rock Pikmin are highly recommended. You're unable to latch onto its back, so you can only hit it from the front, leaving you exposed to its attacks.
