The best friend of Ocean, Salt spent most of his time in his room as a kid. His only friend was Ocean. Salt sets out to kill C.E.A. for the same reason but is less vengeful than her. After the game, he helps Ocean set up her cafe, and he also helps rebuild his hometown.
