The Circuit Voider is a treasure found in Pikmin V. It is a resistor, and it is dropped by the Armored Cannon Beetle in the Knothole Sanctum upon its death. Collecting this treasure grants the Anti-Electrifier upgrade.

I had to store this item personally in a special spot in the ship's cargo hold. It was afraid that it would be destroyed if it touched the thing. I think this is the first time I've seen a Hocotate ship express fear. It was... almost pleasing to me.
