The Impact Forest is the first area Olimar goes to. He crashes there in the beggining of the game. Red Pikmin can be found here.

Enemies
On Day 7 and further, a Goolix boss will spawn on the tree stump that connects to the bridge past the White Wooden Gate. When defeated, it will drop the Super Energizer.
Ship Parts
There are two ship parts. The Improved Engine, and Super Energizer. The Improved Engine is located next to the bridge and tree stump past the White Wooden Gate. The Super Energizer drops from the Goolix when defeated.
