Plot:

One day, 1 year after Hocotate and Koppai met, The last Onion Tree was destroyed by a Supermassive Black Hole implosion. The Onion race was eliminated. The last Onion, before it’s destruction, it spat out 3 Scientist Pikmin, then, it withered away. The Pikmin race was also threatened by the extinction of Onions, for they had no place to go at night. Then, as a last resort, the 3 last Pikmin plucked the 3 Scientist Pikmin, you are one of them. You have to genetic create and engineer a Onion Tree so Pikmin can thrive forever.

Endings:

Bad:

The bad ending is where you run out of Pikmin and Supplies and the Pikmin race went extinct... FOREVER!

Good:
