Slam Jelly
A Slam Jelly is an enemy from Pikmin Choronicles. They are slug-like creatues covered in mold. They are first encountered in Chapter 2. They are the only enemies found in the area besides Shearwigs and Unmarked Spectralids.
Attacks
Slam jellies mainly attack by jumping and slamming their bodies onto their prey, which is how they got their name, and then drown them in their gel-like bodies. They are also poisonous.
How to defeat
Slam jellies are generally easy to kill, considering the fact that they only have 20 HP each and are hesitant to attck, hissing at the pikmin before attacking. They may be a little more difficult to defeat in groups, however, so it is best to attract the attention of one and then pick them out one by one. It is futile to kill them all, however, because more and more will always come back.
