The Twisted Sheargrub, is a huge variant of Male Sheargrub, that has been mutated, due to radioactive waste. One individual resided on the final floor of the Gnarled Undergrowth, which was guarded by 10 Male Sheargrub's. It held the Marvelous Communicator. As well as the ability to eat Pikmin, it could also secrete chemicals in it's abodomen, which would combust with the air, making fire cover it's hide, and give it the ability to spew a jet of hot fire from it's mouth. It has a orange body, with an oversized purple eye, which helps distinguish it from the Male Sheargrub, apart from it's sheer size. It is advised that Red Pikmin are used, due to it's fiery attacks, but Purple Pikmin are also effective, as long as one whistles them back immediately.
Trivia
- The Twisted Sheargrub is not a species, but in fact a Male Sheargrub undergone mutation.
