When [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] or [[leader]]s approach, the creature will inflate its body, rapidly flapping its fins and quickly flying away. Only a few Pikmin are required to weigh it to the ground, where it can easily be swarmed. The Lofty Shearglub is a small mandiblard that waddles on the ground, sometimes floating while idling.
