The Goldenrod Handiblax is a type of Handiblax that spits out yellow pellets. They first appeared in Pikmin: The Bulblaxian War, found at The Valley of Regret.
Appearance
What makes the Goldenrod Handiblax different from other Handiblaxes is that, instead of having five bony segments that protrude from the head, it has eight equidistant petal-like appendages. The top is white, the midsection is green, and the legs are brown. It has a yellow 1 pellet in front of its face.
Behavior
They hide in the ground, legs not visible, and act like a Pellet Posy until approached, in which case they spew out the pellet which can kill some Pikmin. After that, it will try to smash Pikmin or grab the captain.
