Any Pikmin caught underneath it will be crushed, so watch out! Thrown Pikmin will also get stuck on its sticky slime, unless they are thrown at the creature's eyes, which are its weak spot. Olimar's Notes
"The tumbling maloov demonstrates a natural phenomenon called neoteny, in which traits that are typically seen only in juvenile specimens are retained throughout the creature's entire life. This massive animal is more or less a scaled-up version of the typical sludge-shell larva, with a tightly curled body that secretes a thick, slippery fluid. Like a wheel covered in flypaper, it needs only to roll over edible material to absorb it into its slimy covering, where it is quickly redistributed towards its mouth by the creature's constant rolling motion."
