Perks are special abilities that can be used by leaders. Each leader has a unique perk, and each perk has a different effect that only lasts a limited time before it can be used again. Certain perks can be unlocked and swapped out for others if and when desired.

- Plasm Whistle: Pacifies Blukmin
- Plastic Gloves: Allows electricity to be stored, electric gates to be broken down by leaders, and the ability to electrocute enemies.
