Bulbowisps are mutated Honeywisps. Completely brown in color, they have the bizarre ability to birth live Bulborbs and Bulborb mimics from its body. When it disappears and reappears, the Bulborb species it carries will change. When you and your Pikmin are nearby, it will release the Bulborb and fly away. They can't create an Emperor Bulblax, an Empress Bulblax or Bulbmin.
