I suggest that the first rule of the constitution be changed to give users a couple of warnings before their page is suddenly deleted.

This is not necessary; the Constitution has been replaced by the policies that now comprise the rules. ~ I'm Pik Fan23 and I approve this Bulborb. (Sysop)
