The Flaming Crawbster is The Boss of the Burning Cave in Mayhem Mounatin. It is fought at sublevel 10 in a room with water pools surrounding the edges. This fight bears similarities to the segmented crawbster as they are both fought in similar arenas and the same sub-levels. When Defeated
It will drop the 4-Way Transmitter. The flaming Crawbster is Red and orange with silver tipped arm spikes. Under one section of it's shell
fire burst out like a rocket engine. It's whole body is on fire so it leaves fire behind when it moves. It is smaller than the segmented crawbster and when it hits a wall fewer boulders fall.
Killing Strategies
As yellows only can be taken in the cave it is advised to take only 20 into battle. When the flaming Crawbster begins to roll wait for the fire Spouting off it's back to flash quickly and get out of the way as this signals it will do a super charge. Hopefully it will hit a wall with a water pool and have it's fire extinguished. When it does this avoid the boulders and throw pikmin (preferably with super spicy potion) On To it's underbelly. When it begins to thrust whistle your pikmin off as it will roll over and re-Ignite itself. Repeat several times until It's Defeated. 4 Player Strategy In 4 player it is recommended that 2 players stand in a pool without pikmin and the other 2 capitans hide by the ship's pod. When the Flaming Crawbster is about to charge move from the pool and have the other 2 capitans Move out to kill the crawbster. Rinse and Repeat.

Olimar's Notes: "The Flaming Crawbster Has It's internal organs on it's underbelly to make room for the gas glands under it's skin, These glands make a special gas that when it comes in contact with air it catches fire. It is unknown what the fire is for as it is to big to have any predators and is coated in armor, scientists have speculated that the creature is showing off" Saggitarius' Notes: "This thing is huge and scary! Spiky arms, Flaming Skin, Glowing orange eyes it makes me very afraid, oops don't tell dad i said that im 100% Brave!"
