I feel like this policy is a bit outdated... The User Rights Policy doesn't even seem like it should be a policy, as it isn't a set of rules, because user rights are pretty much a fundamental on wikis. I feel like this policy is a bit outdated... Agreed. Less is more ;), and it would just make things difficult to have copies.
