Gloomy Totempuff

A lonely totempuff that can only be found at night. It jumps like a wollyhop except its landing isnt delayed like one. after it jumps, it leaves a cloud of deadly gloom. It is very similar to the smoky progg.

Olimar's notes: Maybe a merge of wollyhop and smoky progg. the smoke it produces is much more thin, but more deadly somehow.
