Information
Palunkins are orange flying creatures found throughout the pikmin planet.They are normally peaceful but upon spotting food they will plummet to the ground in hopes of catching it's food. Palunkins are found in groups of 3 or 5.
Strategy
When a Palunkin sees a pikmin it will quickly slam into the ground with it's foot mouth. When it does throw pikmin on top of it or swarm it. A purple pikmin or Wollymin should take them out fairly quick, but be careful they are not slow eaters. Also keep your distance when they land as the air that gets pushed out from under them will deflowerize your pikmin.

Olimar's Notes:"Palunkins are an odd species considoring they eat with a foot like apendenge on their underside, Scientists question what environmental change led to this odd adaptation but answers are yet found.Although it appears that Palunkins may be partially blind as they have fairly poor aim."
