A member of the Skitterling family, the Scuttlerock is a variant that lives in sandy or barren/dry areas. It is not dangerous and will flee when Pikmin or pilots draw near. Because it is protected by a hard shell it moves pretty slowly and only throwing Purple Pikmin will cause it to die.
