The Super Energizer is a mandatory ship part. It does not seem to replace any old ship part, most likley made by Olimar to improve the S.S Dolphin's performance.
Location
The Super Energizer is found inside a Goolix in The Impact Forest on Day 7 or further. The Pikmin are supposed to break down a White Wooden Gate, and then build a bridge that connects to a tree stump. The Goolix will spawn there, and the Super Energizer will drop when the Goolix is defeated.
Olimar's Notes
"I found my Super Energizer! This ship part is definitely mandatory for the S.S Dolphin. The antenna can produce energy through the S.S Dolphin's speed, thus supporting the final jump to my planet.
